High Holy Day Tributes

If you placed Tributes while logged in to your ShulCloud account in 2021 or 2022, the form will automatically fill those fields in for you. Submission of the form is still required to be included in the Tribute Journal in 2023.

As of Friday, August 25, all tributes submitted will be included in the digital Tribute Journal only.

The deadline to submit to be placed in the digital Tribute Journal is Wednesday, September 20, 2023.

Please enter names and what you are honoring exactly as you would like them to appear.
Example: In honor of John Doe's 50th birthday.

Remembrance Tributes
